Namie Palisoc

Indie Author and Animator | Designer and Digital Marketeer

About Namie

I am a self-taught digital designer with a focus on copywriting, social media advertising, and digital marketing. For designing, Photoshop is my current primary tool.

At the same time, I create independent works and projects by writing stories as an author and producing hand-drawn animations and illustrations as an artist and animator. For animations, I mainly use Clip Studio Paint EX.

For both digital marketing and indie creation, I strive to be a unique and bold storyteller by creating content that makes people care, whether it’s an advertising campaign, a book series, or an animated short.

I am a Filipino-American who was born and raised in DuPage County, Illinois, for the majority of my life. I was also diagnosed with being on the autism spectrum. I have always remained a creative person to this day, ever since I was a kid who wanted to bring ideas to life through my passions and abilities in drawing, designing, animating, and writing. Hence, my drive to create resonant, relatable content that makes people care about it, through both my indie works and my digital design/marketing as a storyteller.

Eventually, I studied at the University of Florida Online program, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Arts and Sciences from 2021-2025. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s Degree in Mass Communication at the University of Florida Online.
